The Islamic Center of East Bay (ICEB) is dedicated to serving the Muslim community in Antioch and surrounding areas by providing a place of worship, religious education, and community services in accordance with Islamic principles.
Our vision is to be a vibrant Islamic center that fosters unity, understanding, and spiritual growth among Muslims while building bridges with the broader community through education, outreach, and service.
The Islamic Center of East Bay has grown from humble beginnings to become a cornerstone of the Muslim community in Antioch.
The Islamic Center of East Bay was established by a small group of dedicated Muslim families who recognized the need for a place of worship and community gathering in Antioch.
The community acquired its first permanent location at 314 W 19th St, Antioch, CA, which continues to serve as our home today.
The weekend Islamic school was established to provide religious education to children in the community.
The center expanded its services to include regular educational programs, community events, and increased prayer services.
ICEB began active community outreach programs, including interfaith dialogues and charitable activities in the Bay Area.
Today, ICEB continues to grow and serve the Muslim community with daily prayers, educational programs, and community services.
